The most BEAUTIFUL balayage. I came to Luxe hair salon in November all the way from Washington DC and it was the easiest decision to make my way back for a second balayage that I got done today! Tamara did my hair both times and has just done a flawless job. She told me in November that her balayage clients come about twice a year and that I will be wanting to come back in May, and she was right ?. I love getting a balayage because Tamara makes sure that my natural hair blends in really nicely with the blonde so it looks great even when my natural color is grown out. After my November balayage I went to 2 different hair salons, one for a blowout (in December) and one for a haircut (in March) and both stylists at the different salons complimented the seamless blending and color that Tamara gave me. I highly recommend going to Luxe. They always take such good care of me and make me feel beautiful!

About Zoe!! ....She did it Again!!! ....today...Saturday...gave me the Most Beau-ti-ful haircut I have ever had! The layers in the back of my Snowy- Owl white pair are perfect! She took steps to minimize my thin hair on top...and blew it dry in the best possible style! It will last for 3-4 days! You should go see Zoe!! Best HairStylist in the East!!!

For the past few years, Patricia has been my go-to stylist, and she is truly incredible. I trust her so much with my haircut that I’ve started asking for her suggestions, and every time, she gets it right. Her attention to detail and consistency are second to none.
Even before Patricia, every stylist who cut my hair at this location did a fantastic job. The team is friendly, professional, and clearly cares about providing great service.

The best part about the Great Clips is their app. We do not have wait in line when we arrive there. We can check the wait times online and decide if it fits our schedule. I usually reserve my spot online and arrive there just in time. They even notifications on when we can start from home (depending on the distance from that location).
Most of the stylists (except may be one or two) are friendly, pleasant to talk to and do a good job. I rarely have a bad hair cut at this location.
They note down the size of the clippers used and how the hair was cut the last time so that we can do the same next time around (if we liked it) or make adjustments as needed.
Requested style: They do a good job of asking how we want the hair to be styled and do their best to accommodate for it
Stylist: I usually do not stick with one stylist, I go to whoever is available at the time. Except for one of them, everyone else was nice

I had a really wonderful experience getting a spray tan here. When I called to book the lady was really sweet and accommodating to my schedule. When I went in to get sprayed, I don’t recall her name-but she was really kind and informative. She made me feel super comfortable and she made the experience really easy and fun, and my spray tan looked great! I definitely recommend giving this place a try!

I went to the Nail Hause (Beaty Edit) regularly for over two years. I can’t complement Avery enough. I have tried several other nail techs and they were good, but she was by far the best—for me and the natural style I love. She was consistently skilled at shaping and creating the perfect nails. They were always absolutely perfect. I am so sorry I’m unable to go to Nail Haus any longer. Traveling an hour each way twice a month has just gotten to be too much for me. I will always compare every other tech to Avery and every location to this one. A very high bar! Now, I just wish I had taken more pictures. I will look for some!

I really enjoyed my Diamond Glow Facial with Reyna! She takes her time and the skincare she does after the Diamond glow is so relaxing and wonderful care. I’ve been to a lot of places that strictly use the machine and don’t massage or use any skincare but I can say they go above and beyond here and really focus on your needs! Highly recommend.

Jerry did a wonderful job in my bathroom! He replaced my brass water lines to copper and installed my shower hardware. The price was fair and he was on time to complete the work. I highly recommend Jerry and Sureway.
Joe was great from talking before and during the inspection to source the leak and repair it. Great guy that did thorough work, minimized repair work despite it being a challenging fix, and cleaned up everything when done. I won’t hesitate to call back on any future work that needs done.

I live in 85 year old home that had many electrical issues that I was unaware of when purchasing this house 6 years ago. It all started at night when my breaker tripped and started smoking. I called Gillece and they came the very next day to remedy the problem. Upon evaluation there were many more electrical issues that were found that NEEDED immediate attention to prevent a possible electrical fire in the future. Needless to say I had a lot of electrical repairs completed. I am very happy with the service and repairs. I appreciate Bob W. with his vast knowledge, years of experience, and certainly his expertise in the electrical field to repair my home's circuitry. Bob W. has provided me with the reassurance that my home's circuitry no longer poses a fire hazard, and I can sleep peacefully knowing my child and I are safe. Thank you Bob W. For a job well done ?

Nancy and Apple are very skilled at massage therapy. I have had several massages across the country from all different styles of Massage and people, and they are truly the best I have ever had! Very good at deep tissue and relieving serious knots. They cured my severe torticollis within three massages. The hot stone work was like any other I’ve had before because of the shape of the stones and how they work them into the traps and neck, especially. I also had much improvement in my back from cupping, I ended up buying myself a cupping kit for in between visits. I can’t wait to go back! I dream of their massages after a hard day at work and try to go as much as I can afford!- which is more often than I would go to other parlors because the prices here are so reasonable!- it allows me to tip them more!
