Their technicians are knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous, making customers feel at ease. Many customers have relied on Top Notch for over 20 years, praising their quick response especially during critical moments. For example, when an AC unit failed on a hot weekend, Bill arrived within 30 minutes, and by the next day, a new furnace and AC were installed with a clean and professional approach. Customers also appreciate their fast, efficient service—such as repairing an A/C unit in just an hour. Over the years, they have installed multiple furnaces and an AC unit, always showing up when needed, even late at night or during extreme weather, and leaving homes cool and comfortable. They know AC units in and out and fully warranty all their work with no drama. Bill was out here in about 20 minutes, figured it out fast, replaced the part, and had the AC back up and running in no time. It didn’t cost a fortune either. Bill was cool, professional, and just handled it. He had service records from years ago and remembered the situation. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, Top Notch Heating & Cooling continues to recommend their trustworthy and personable service.
Top Notch was very timely responding to our call; straightforward and reasonable pricing, and efficient in solving our A/C issues. I was also very glad to get a hold of the owner himself and not have to deal with any automated or delayed reception. Happy to also support a local small business!
