I left a message that my air-conditioning had gone out, and Bill returned my message within 15 minutes. He came out the same day to look at the unit and provide a very fair quote. This was one of the most friendly and professional experiences. Patrick showed up on time and was outstanding from beginning to end! Both Bill and Patrick really put my wife and I at ease and took care of our A/C unit in the most professional manner. Bill and the rest of the Top Notch team provided a great service for our home. When we called him out to get a quote for replacing our old furnace and adding central A/C, Bill was very informative and helped us decide what kind of system would get us the most bang for our buck. His team was able to start the install VERY quickly. We gave him the notice to proceed on a Friday and the crew was on site by the next Tuesday. Other contractors we called were looking at 2-3 weeks' lead time at a minimum. Appointment window was set and service tech showed up at the beginning of the time frame. Very professional and knowledgeable. Had the system running again in less than 1 hour. The cost was very reasonable. I would recommend this company for any HVAC maintenance/service.
