“They are wonderful! We saw Dr Bishop multiple times with our dogs a 4yo black lab and 3.5yo cocker spaniel. Dr. Bishop spent a lot of time with our lab and making sure he was comfortable. We started the visit with him anxious/uncomfortable and ended it with zoomies and kisses. We could not recommend her more!“

“I appreciated the attention and care that was provided, as well as clear instructions for my Leo's follow-up care. I did want to share one small concern. After the examination and diagnosis, I was surprised that Leo's wound wasn’t cleaned and dressed before we left the facility. We were given appropriate medication and instructions, however I would have expected that a basic cleansing and dressing would be part of the in-clinic care—especially given the nature of his injury and the recommendation to continue this practice at home. Perhaps your clinic follows a more minimalist model—this was my first visit, so I wasn't sure how things are done. My bill was $130, which I’m happy to pay as I’ll always prioritize Leo’s well-being, but for the portion of the bill that covers the examination, I would have hoped that a proper sterilization of the wound and dressing would be included.“

“VERY CARING PLACE. TOOK OUR MARLEY IN TODAY AND SHE WAS SEEN BY DR AARON. HE WALKED IN AND UNDERSTOOD THE NATURE OF OUR DOG WITHIN SECONDS AND DROPPED DOWN ON THE FLOOR AND SAT TO RELEAVE ANY STRESS THAT SHE HAD. “I've been with doc since the day he opened 30 some years ago. Will never go anywhere else unless he's not there & it's an emergency. Now having cats 4 & 5 I STILL go there. In fact he saved my cats life after I adopted them bc of how sick they were. He even worked with a pharmacy when I was on vacation so I had medicine for my male cat. They're the best. Doc loves what he does & the cats that come in. He cares about the people too. I really can't say enough about them. They're caring, thorough & not pushy.
