Every time I have to go there, which is fairly often, since I have three dogs, the staff is helpful, very knowledgeable, and goes out of their way to accommodate any needs or requests. While I think all of the veterinarians that have seen my dogs for various things have been wonderful, Dr. Chick is amazing. She goes above and beyond to help your pet, whatever the problem. She really cares and it shows.
Since you want to share my opinion I will, it may sound harsh, however it’s honestly true. Our cat was missed diagnosed at a veterinary hospital recommended by your representatives. We followed up our visit with Bethel park clinic. Dr. Tim Bell diagnosed our cat with UTI infection immediately after examination. We are so grateful for his expertise in our situation, if only your office wasn’t booked solid for a few days, we would have waited, but she was in apparent destress Maybe looking forward you should hesitate referring others to establishment with bad practices.
