This was the first time we went to brush run veterinarian clinic with our chihuahua Fiona Dr Lancia exceeded every expectation from a doctor she told us that our girl had a 3/4 grade heart murmur and put her on medicine our old vet would've blown if off like they did with our chihuahua. Our elderly cat, Josie, was diagnosed with various health conditions this year. After many years of her being healthy, this, of course, was very upsetting and difficult. I contacted Brush Run after finding them through a Google search. Zoë was very kind and prompt in getting back to me, stating they would be happy to see Josie and take her as a patient. Dr. Foil was compassionate and honest, explaining everything thoroughly during each visit, never making us feel rushed. All 3 of my dogs have been going here since we moved in 2003. They have provided excellent care during emergencies and regular appointments. They are kind and compassionate and answer any questions. When I had to lay my two dogs down, they left me time to grieve with my family. My 2 dogs lived to be 17 and 16. My dog at home is 13!
