Arrived at 1 PM at the time the clinic opened and I pre-registered online. I was approximately 10th in line with an hour wait My dog has a torn ACL and it was difficult for her to stand that long or even be out of the house The staff was friendly, but they tried to upsell vaccines and take up unnecessary time trying to make more money. They have no waiting area so you are forced to either walk around the store stand outside or sit in your car Pricing for four vaccines was $220
Took my two rescue kittens in for their shots. The team was very helpful with pointing me in the right direction. They didnt pressure me into purchasing anything I didnt want which was absolutely amazing. It made our first vet visit super easy.
I’ve been bringing our pets to this facility for many years and never had an issue. I just learned that all your centers will be closing permanently. I’m really upset and disappointed to hear this news!
