A leak had developed in the 2-in-12 pitch part of the 11 year old roof. Only reason it's not five stars is scheduling was a bit of a nightmare. Reached out several times over multiple weeks to get clarity on a date and never got clear updates. If not for the time it took for this, would be five stars, because the final product is solid. Tip: They gave me the option to pay immediately and then book at the estimate, if you can do it, take them up on this and I suspect you'll be in for a five star experience.“

Dean was not only attentive to what we asked for, but threw in a couple other important items he noticed while making the estimate. Time-to-schedule was fast. The work itself was efficient and thorough (and most importantly, done as-quoted). The quote was spot-on; enough they could make a little money after their expenses, but not by any means taking us to the cleaners. “Welte roofing recently completed a siding job on our 1932 Tudor Revival home. Jeremy worked closely and patiently with us to help select the appropriate color and style of siding that would best suit our house. He was always available for questions and responded quickly to emails and telephone calls. He also made several visits to our property with different sample and suggestions for the project. Once the job was underway the workmen were courteous, kind and extremely efficient. Taking special care and precautions to deal with some rather fragile structures near to the house. They worked very quickly and used time wisely and most proficiently. Always a thorough clean up and were open and receptive to adjustments and last minute suggestions to make things look their very best. I cannot speak highly enough of Jeremy and his crew and of Welte roofing. Their pricing was by far the best and the most fair in terms of expense.
