Fair pricing.Details:We hired Dean Martin to replace a small rubber porch roof along with some rotted wood, and handle a few other odds & ends. Dean was not only attentive to what we asked for, but threw in a couple other important items he noticed while making the estimate. Time-to-schedule was fast. The work itself was efficient and thorough (and most importantly, done as-quoted). The quote was spot-on; enough they could make a little money after their expenses, but not by any means taking us to the cleaners.
