When they arrived and diasgonosed the issue immediately and cleared my clogged sewer in about less than 20mins. I highly recommend and will contact them again in the future. John talked with the supplier and with the manufacturer and it took us a long time but we finally got everything figured out logistically and my replacement water heater was installed last week! Mark came out on a *holiday weekend*, (which is always when things break down, right?), and drew up a plan of action, which he promptly kept!
