“Brittany and Sean were so great to work with! I have had a hard time finding reliable plumbers in Reading, but I finally have one. Brittany made scheduling super easy and was so responsive. Sean was pretty thorough in looking at our toilet, provided a reasonable estimate, and took the time to explain how he would fix it. He also came back a few days later reinstall our toilet after cement dried, which was not part of the original scope of work. Great people and great workers. I’ll absolutely use them again!

Edit 7/13/2026: I’ve called Freedom two more times since my first review, and each experience has been just as exceptional. Earlier this summer, we had some HVAC issues, and Brittany and Griff were incredibly responsive and thorough. We also hired him to relocate our condenser so other contractors could complete work on the house and everything went seamlessly.“

Bob from ABBA was here in 30 minutes to diagnose and correct the problem. John gave me a follow up call the next day just to make sure all was okay. “This was my 2nd job with Swisher Plumbing. The first one was a complete overhaul of two bathrooms. This time was under the kitchen sink for reconfiguring the pipes and adding a garbage disposal. Tommy Lee was my technician. I had him both times and he's the best. I'll be using him and Swisher Plumbing again for another bathroom remodel in my new home soon.“

“Toilet & Bidet installation:

I've worked with the team at Naugle twice now, and I'm always happy with their service. First, the level of detail and expertise is definitely there. I had a main sewer line back-up that was persistent over the last two years. I've had several plumbers and drain cleaning companies out, and they are the ONLY ones who were able to identify the actual problem instead of just diagnosing it as tree roots.

It turns out that they were able to identify the root of the cause (which no other plumber was a able to do) and found out that the efficiency toilet we installed wasn't flushing enough water through, leading to build-up in the line. They installed a new toilet with a bidet for us and our system is now running really well.

They are incredibly polite, knowledgable, and detail-oriented. I don't think I'll hire another plumber. I'll stick with Naugle!“
