“In September 22 my A/C failed. The unit was the original from 1999. I immediately contacted Dennis Marlatt. I've used DP Marlatt in the past and trust them implicitly. Dennis came out and gave us the bad news. It was expected and we knew it was time to change our entire system. He didn't charge for the visit and he provided an estimate. The price was fantastic. Dennis and John did the job. They were friendly, professional, and personable. They covered everything and left my home clean. I wouldn't use anyone else.Services: A/C system repair“

“Chip graciously made himself available on a Saturday to replace my faulty water heater. He was personable and a pleasure to deal with. The price he quoted was the price I paid. He had the job completed in an hour and a half and cleaned up after himself and hauled away the old tank. While he was here I was prepping him for the next job that I am going to ask him to tackle and he has already agreed to take it on. I will use him every time from this point forward. “Had a problem with a leaking toilet. Gary came within an hour of me calling. When he arrived he was friendly and professional. Turns out the flange through the floor was installed incorrectly and Gary fixed it during that service call. He also repaired the base so the toilet sat even on the floor. His fee was very reasonable for the time he put in repairing the base and the floor. Will call him again when needed.“
“Our water heater leaked on Friday night and Rick Grimley promptly showed up on Saturday to troubleshoot the problem. He was able to bypass the hot water heater so our family had cold water for the rest of the weekend. He returned on Monday when parts were available and replaced the water heater. His cost was 30% less than two other companies! Everything works great!“

He was there in a timely manner and didn’t even mind my 6 year old talking his ear off and inviting him to his birthday party. I also had him here a few months ago to replace the pipes under my bathroom sink upstairs. He is always so helpful, explains things well, and is completely fair in prices.
