“Had a problem with a leaking toilet. Gary came within an hour of me calling. When he arrived he was friendly and professional. Turns out the flange through the floor was installed incorrectly and Gary fixed it during that service call. He also repaired the base so the toilet sat even on the floor. His fee was very reasonable for the time he put in repairing the base and the floor. Will call him again when needed.“

“Matt and his team worked with us to completely renovate our basement. When we first met with Matt it was obvious that he was who we were ultimately going to go with to complete our project. We knew what we wanted to do with the space, however we weren't exactly sure on how things should be laid out. Matt was very patient in working with us over multiple visits, doing walkthroughs until we decided exactly what we wanted. It was very helpful to be able to talk things through with Matt as to why something may or may not work, and in the end we are extremely happy and glad Matt took the time up front to make sure we were getting what we wanted. Even took some up-close photos since I didn't want to climb up into the attic. I also use Wheatley every year for my furnace cleaning/winter prep. They always do a great job. Give them a try if you are looking for HVAC service, whether a service job or a complete install (they did a new furnace install at my old house a few years ago and did a great job with it). I always use Wheatley now.“

Her attitude was dismissive, bordering on rude, as if the job was a personal inconvenience to her. Save yourself the headache — Debbie is the last person you want anywhere near your ears.“
