“I have been visiting Shanteel for the last two weeks. I am new to exercise, have not worked out consistently since I rowed crew in high school 20 years ago, and have only done a handful of yin/Barre/Pilates classes prior to starting at Shanteel. I've gone to 5 classes in the last two weeks and cannot say enough positive things. The instructors are welcoming, reaffirming, and bring such joy to class.
