Holly is an incredibly thoughtful teacher with excellent cues, a clarity that is both inviting and encouraging, and a deep love for yoga as a means to healing. I am truly thankful for our restorative class today. I travel to yoga studios all around the world while I’m on tour. This has been one of my all-time favorites.

The level of clarity and integrity provided by Iyengar yoga teacher Holly Walk Kostura is outstanding. I am so grateful to her and the teachings she provides. Holly is an incredibly gifted and caring teacher of Iyengar Yoga. She is a senior certified teacher with exceptional dedication (actually it's devotion) to the teachings of BKS Iyengar. She has an expert style of conveying the structure of a pose, what you need to do to make it happen and what the alternatives are if it isn't happening on that day. More impressively, she absolutely threads all of yoga philosophy (with an awe-inspiring command of the Yoga Sutras) in her classes and is a true modern yogini.
