He’s learned a lot through their sports performance training. One thing that stood out to me was when my son spent an hour and a half in the gym and was so engaged that when I came back to pick him up, he thought I had returned too early because he was having such a good time. It's great when working out can be fun.
Another thing I appreciated was how William helped when my son was dealing with significant foot pain that kept him from fully participating in some physical activities. He was even wearing a support provided by his doctor, but it did not seem to be helping much. William showed him a few techniques and adjustments that genuinely made a difference.

The small class sizes make sessions feel personalized, and the community is supportive. During my time at Iron City Elite, I got stronger & saw real results. Sadly I'm moving and have to say goodbye. After my cancer diagnosis and treatments 9 years ago, no matter how much I dieted and exercised, I couldn’t lose more than 10 pounds. This caused me to get discouraged and give up. My kids and I moved to Washington 3 years ago, and I decided it was time to get back to the gym. I found Ron on a Google search and after reading all of his positive Google reviews, I decided to give him a call.
Ron was both professional and encouraging. He took the time to listen to my personal goals. He helped me tweak my diet to put me in a calorie deficit. He has helped me gain mobility and strength that I was fearful I would never get back. We do monthly weigh-ins and body fat analysis to see progress.
Ron has tailored a fitness routine around a bad hip and we do what we can. He has motivated me but never pushed me to be in pain. I look forward to my 2 sessions every week and I can tell I am gaining muscle and strength. I am 5 pounds away from a goal weight I haven’t been at since my 20s. I am very grateful for Ron and all of his knowledge.“
