My trainer Grace was great and worked me out a lot while also giving me time to do it, allowing me to reach my limits safely and break them.The gym overall, although old, does everything I need it to and I would recommend going to it!

I visited LA Fitness in Bridgeville and received exceptional customer service and a warm welcome from Omeed. I highly recommend LA Fitness. Omeed is a great addition to their staff.

Omeed was super friendly and kind and made me feel very welcomed at the gym. The gym has literally everything you would need at a gym. The machines are amazing and the sauna was a perfect way to end my workout. I will be returning every time I am in the area!
