Really great gym! The facility is always clean, has a good variety of equipment, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. The staff are also super friendly, especially Khom at the front desk. She is always welcoming, helpful, and has a great attitude whenever I come in. Definitely makes the experience even better. Highly recommend this gym!
I have been coming to the Bridgeville location over 15 years now and it is great to finally see improvements being made.It is long overdue. I love taking the body sculpting classes especially Carmas. She is an energetic and funny instructor who always puts a smile on everyone's face.
My wife was told by three different doctors that she needed to be doing water aerobics in order to help her recovery following pending neck surgery. When we started we had a different instructor. We were about a month in when Brenda came in to replace the instructor who had left to pursue advancement at her day job.
At first we didn’t know what to make of Brenda. She clearly loved what she was doing and our class became more of a family. Her classes are so much fun that sometimes we forgot that we are exercising. At least one class member recovered so well that she tossed her walker into the pool symbolizing that she no longer needed it anymore.
