I have been going to Industrial Athletics for the last 2.5 years, and it has been life changing. Since I joined the gym, I have been inspired to challenge myself with goals I didn’t think were possible. After losing 25 lbs, being able to lift weight above 200 lbs, and running my first half-marathon, these are a few of the things that have happened because of the gym.

This is a great gym! I was new to CrossFit in 2022 and a bit intimidated but the coaches and members are so welcoming. The coaches really care about members' well being - they know when to push but they also accommodate as needed. It's a great, diverse, supportive community that's become part of my weekday routine.

I’ve been training with Leslie for several months with the goal of building strength to supplement marathon training, and to add some variety to my fitness routine. Industrial Athletics has a very welcoming atmosphere and they are willing to meet you wherever you are, while at the same time encouraging you to push to the next level. I will definitely continue to go back!
