Angel and his crew are simply amazing! Not only did they do a fantastic job of installing our floors, but they are also professional, efficient, and courteous. Despite the obstacles posed by our doorman, Angel still managed to complete the work on schedule and he never “lost his cool”. Angel is also a young man with integrity. When I mistakenly overpaid for additional work, he alerted me and promptly returned the money. If you are looking to have any flooring work done, I highly recommend Philadelphia Modern Flooring. Angel and his team did an incredible job from start to finish. He was very patient with us as we decided on the type of flooring, and was very accommodating about our preference through the installation process. Highly recommend!!
Installed floors about 5 years ago, needed repair. Angel answered within an hour or two, scheduled repair within a week (worked on a Sunday), very reasonable quote. I was not able to be present in person, and he sent videos after repair of the clean workspace and locked door. Excellent service through and through
