Mike was fantastic. I had some cracked tiles in my bathroom. I called Mike and he asked me to send him pictures. By the next day, he sent me a proposal to replace the cracked tiles with the extra tiles that I still had. I agreed to the proposal and he immediately put me on his calendar for the following week.
He showed up as scheduled and was able to explain to me the probable cause of the tiles cracking. He then did a perfect job replacing the cracked tiles.
It was a relatively small job, but Mike treated it as if I was his biggest client.
Besides the great tile work, the communication with Mike was excellent.
Mike retiled my shower and was great to work with. He was very communicative throughout the process and stuck to the estimate. I felt very comfortable with him and his father working in my home while I was out of town and at work. My only complaint was that there was dust all over my apartment after the demolition. Mike kindly offered a credit for a cleaning service to help remedy that, which I appreciated. The tiling came out great, I would definitely hire Mike again!
I needed to replace the tiles around my bathroom tub/shower, and I needed done quickly as it was leaking. I called four tile contractors for estimates. Michael came out the next day and gave me an estimate that I thought was very fair. He completed the job in three days and did a fantastic job! He kept me updated on the progress every day, and did a great job. I couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out. Most importantly, my wife, who is very nit picky, loved the craftsmanship!
