We had Pro Floors Philly out to refinish our old and worn out hardwood floors in Bryn Mawr and the results were incredible. I didn’t think they could look this good and it was half the price of getting new floors. Would highly recommend them! They were professional and communicated the process very well!
Mike from ProFloors was very helpful and responsive. They helped lay down some vinyl flooring and did a screen and coat of my hardwood floors. 4/5 stars because the work they did was great but they left stains on my baseboards in multiple places that I now have to repaint. I wish they had protected the baseboards more.. or told me this was likely to happen. I’ve had floors refinished before and this was not the case.
Floors looked awesome after Pro Floors refinished them for us. Their sales rep was very available and answered all of our questions! My only gripe is that our 2 day job turned into a 3 day job, due to some unforeseen circumstances with the construction crew. Overall I would definitely recommend them regardless.
