I had a truly wonderful experience with Steve and his team at Artisan Wood Floors. We employed Artisan to sand and refinish all the wood floors and railings in our townhouse -- it was a tricky job in a number of respects, and we also had to put quite a bit of trust in them because we asked them to complete the job while we were away from Philadelphia. Throughout, they displayed an extraordinary level of care, professionalism and attention to detail, and kept me informed every step of the way (e.g., daily texts with photos, videos etc.).
