“Where do I begin? In November 2025 I had to get a new roof because of a leak, and that was done great! The leak led to my walls in 1 of my bedrooms, and dining room being destroyed, along with my hardwood floors in the dining room. ServiceMaster came in and did the destruction with the promise to do the repair. They abandoned me, and never came, never showed up for the repair. Carpentry USA was called on the recommendation of my insurance co. The arrived within 24 hours, took photos, explained everything in detail to me, contacted my insurance co, gave them the estimate, arranged for a flooring co to come in as well. The promised me I would be satisfied and took responsibility for this job. I was not just another job! They were professional, kind, patient, very detail oriented, explained every step, and were in constant communication with me during the repair! WOW!!! “This rating is much belated, but not any less glowing. The services & help that we received from the Home One Improvement team went above and beyond our expectations.

My husband and I have had two, bare bones, open storage rooms, downstairs in our bi-level home. Our washer/dryer was in a most awkward hallway position due to the previous owners--and we weren't quite sure how to make that space work more efficiently (and aesthetically) for us.

Tom came out and took measurements, talked us through the whole process of moving our laundry units, updating the plumbing & electrical, and framing out a new (large) reach-in closet. He even brought up aspects of the project that I had not thought of, which was incredibly helpful. Their quote came back at just the right price point. Their crew arrived exactly when they said they would—and they did a fantastic (professional) job of hearing me out about placements and details. They treated our home with respect and crafted that old, drab space into exactly what I had envisioned.
