The project quickly got out of control and we had to bring in Gingrich Builders. Gingrich Builders quickly addressed all the issues and got our log house back on solid ground and looking beautiful once again. Gingrich knows their "Log" stuff and lesson learned. We should have contracted Gingrich in the first place! Highly recommend them!“

The laundry / bathroom was especially challenging due to a "90's waterproofing job resulting in a very uneven floor along with many other issues. Much of the old concrete was jackhammered out and a completely new floor was poured. New walls, flooring, ceiling, lighting and doors completely transformed the entire finished area of the basement into something we are very proud of and plan to enjoy for years to come. Carpet damaged as part of reno was quickly repaired without issue. Even though we scheduled work 6 months out due to him being in high demand, I was very impressed that he still finished the bathroom only 1 day later than estimated.
