Where do I begin? In November 2025 I had to get a new roof because of a leak, and that was done great! The leak led to my walls in 1 of my bedrooms, and dining room being destroyed, along with my hardwood floors in the dining room. ServiceMaster came in and did the destruction with the promise to do the repair. They abandoned me, and never came, never showed up for the repair. Carpentry USA was called on the recommendation of my insurance co. The arrived within 24 hours, took photos, explained everything in detail to me, contacted my insurance co, gave them the estimate, arranged for a flooring co to come in as well.
