“Originally contracted another Log Restoration Specialist company to repair significant log/structure rot after we removed a deck from our house. The project quickly got out of control and we had to bring in Gingrich Builders. Gingrich Builders quickly addressed all the issues and got our log house back on solid ground and looking beautiful once again. Gingrich knows their "Log" stuff and lesson learned. We should have contracted Gingrich in the first place! Highly recommend them!“
“Josh and Dan did a wonderful job remodeling our basement. The laundry / bathroom was especially challenging due to a "90's waterproofing job resulting in a very uneven floor along with many other issues. Much of the old concrete was jackhammered out and a completely new floor was poured. New walls, flooring, ceiling, lighting and doors completely transformed the entire finished area of the basement into something we are very proud of and plan to enjoy for years to come. “MNB did our addition, basically a full house build 24x34 full living space from ground with garage, driveway, deck, bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen. Completed outside with a beautiful retaining wall and wrought iron fence. We had 3-4 estimates initially and Matt was the most detailed. I am still amazed how well this project went and how stress free for me. In the end Matt asked for a list of any corrections needed and there was absolutely nothing to mention.
