Gilmer's came recommended by contractors and realtors I respect to build our basement bath. His bid was fair and I liked that payments after the deposit were only made after successful township inspections. He added value with mid-project scope changes that were reasonably priced. Problems discovered during the job were thoroughly explained and costs managed. His staff was courteous, friendly, competent and kept things clean. Carpet damaged as part of reno was quickly repaired without issue. We had a toilet leaking into our downstairs bathroom and it made a disaster. Corey & his team gutted and completely remodeled our bathroom from top to bottom. Not only was his team professional, but they were on time, clean, & the kindest. It was great to know that Corey has a background in insurance and restoration. I will definitely be calling him back to remodel my other bathroom.Services: General construction
