About Thomas & Sons Heating & Cooling
Thomas & Sons Heating & Cooling provides dependable HVAC service for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning needs. Customers report that a real person answered right away, was friendly and professional, and helped set up appointments on the spot. Technicians arrived on time, did a full inspection of indoor and outdoor units, and clearly explained the maintenance work needed to keep the system running efficiently and improve indoor air quality. The office called later the same day and scheduled the cleaning quickly. The work was done with care, with no mess left behind, and the whole service visit was smooth, clean, and professional. Customers highly recommend Thomas & Sons Heating & Cooling for any AC repair and HVAC service needs. Technicians explained each step clearly during furnace replacement and system checks, gave accurate estimates, did quality work at a fair price, and were easy to talk with throughout the whole job. The installation crew did an excellent job updating existing ductwork and making needed intake adjustments so the new system would run better and be easier to service in the future. They made sure the front panel of the furnace could be accessed easily for future AC repair and maintenance visits. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and well organized, with clear communication, honest recommendations, and attention to airflow and ventilation details. Customers appreciated that they explained the repair and replacement options in simple terms, checked airflow, and made sure the furnace and AC were both running properly before leaving. Prices were very fair, especially considering the premium equipment, quality workmanship, and strong warranty coverage. The company also handled rebate paperwork with the utility provider, which made the process easier.

Luke was very helpful through the whole heater replacement process and explained the equipment options in simple terms. I originally received a proposal for one unit, but when that model kept getting delayed, Luke quickly put together a second estimate for a York system that was available sooner. Richard and Caleb did a solid job with the installation, and everything was set up professionally and running...read full review
Amazing service from start to finish for our AC and heating repair needs. Mitchell was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable about the system. He explained the cooling issue clearly, checked why the unit was running nonstop, added refrigerant, and let us know they would keep an eye on it in case a leak caused the AC to stop cooling again. Communication was appreciated, and once we connected, everything moved in the right direction. The team was helpful, respectful, and easy to work with. Pricing was very competitive, especially for the same equipment and repair options we had compared before. We felt confident choosing them over our previous provider. If you need...read full review
