“It was a Christmas Miracle. I cant express my gratitude to Lloyd, Randy and the Team! During the 1st monsoon a few weeks ago, my ceilings began to leak, 1st one room... then 2, then the drip drip drip on my attic access. I feared the worse, my ceilings are going to cave in w/ no end in sight w/ the rain. Panicked, I made a random post on Nextdoor to get referrals. 1st response was Lloyd w Armadas. within 30 mins he was on my roof. over the course of the next days, Randy was a knight in Shining Armour, in the pouring down rain, tarped a big section to secure me til we could start the job. I could have & considered getting multiple bids & pouring over the details to save a dime here or there, but in the end... The extra effort to help me in a very scary time, no pressure.. just actual honest, hard working people that care about their customers safety was all I needed. The crew finished Christmas Eve, their lead guy on my job, came out on Christmas day!!. worked until dark, being so diligent to make sure the perimeter of my home had no nails, no debis ect ect. The job was done!! What would be the worst possible time to have to deal w/ this project, the bright side was Armada's good care.. “No one likes having to call a contractor to fix something broken, but if you need your well repaired, these are the folks to call. Lost water late at night, called first thing in the morning. They had a tech on his way within 30 minutes, once he arrived it took him 30-40 minutes to diagnose and repair the issue. Very fair pricing, amazingly fast service, professional staff. I won't call anyone else to take care of our well.“

“After having our house remodeled and all the dust our window blinds were pretty dusty so we called All Pro Blind Cleaners. Lance came over with his mobile trailer cleaning unit which was a pretty cool set up. He cleaned and dried 15 blinds in about 2 hours and they now look brand new. Very professional and courteous.“

“We just used Ever for a roof repair on our home in Burien. He was AWESOME! I could not recommend him more. He was very responsive - calling me back right away, showing up on time, getting us on his schedule quickly. He also worked with the electric company to turn our power off so he could do the work - the electric company said it would take 6 weeks to get us on the schedule but Ever got it to happen in 2 weeks. The problem ended up being bigger than we had originally thought but he gave us a range of cost to make sure the problem was completely taken care of and then ended up coming in at the low end of his range while going above and beyond to make sure our roof was completely fixed.We will definitely be calling Ever and EZ Home Advisor for any needs we have.“

We were right on the cusp of the hottest weather and there was no lack of service from our system. 2 zones upstairs and downstairs and completed right on schedule. “We waited a long time to have our deck built and had several quotes. We couldn't be happier with Carl and his team. Carl saved us money and was always available for any questions. It took about 3 weeks to finish. Brandon, Landon and Brian were always on time and ready to work. They work great as a team and did an amazing job (as you can see from the pictures). The deck is made of Ipe (epay). It is the best wood out there. We were very concerned about our German Shepherds scratching the wood with their nails. Carl recommended Ipe because it's so hard and he was right. No scratches, no dents, even insects can't penetrate and it's maintenance free. We were very lucky to find them and love the finished product!“

“I want to recommend Robert Bixel of Bidwell Construction. He was hired to restore a bathroom floor that had been water damaged and needed some subflooring replaced along with the entire entire vinyl sheet floor and an adjoining vanity room. It was decided to upgrade to luxury vinyl plank rather than just sheet vinyl. The result was remarkable. We are very satisfied with the floor and the meticulous detail Robert spent to make it professional.“
