I'm very happy with the work done by J & R (ext siding repair)! Julio was professional and communicative with me regarding the process, timeline etc. He has a hardworking crew and they cleaned up everything. I have some other work needing to be done and will use them again. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Julio and his team for many reasons.

Among them, this company understands customer needs and believes in real customer service. That was evident when I read reviews from other truly satisfied homeowners, and that's why I called to see if they could deal with a dry rot situation at our home brought about by faulty deck flashing.

Julio assured me he had experience with this type of remediation and restoration problem, and would be out to see the situation with me at the home the next day. We looked at the problem together, he made notes, took measurements and provided me with a written detailed proposal for corrective work.

I had a squirrel infestation that had eaten through the majority of a support beam on my house. I called R and R construction and they responded right away. The price was fair, the work was expedient, and Julio and his staff displayed the utmost professionalism. The repairs they made were a great improvement upon the original construction. I am confident that no more squirrels will be able to make it through to the new support beam. Also the appearance of the new column surrounding the support beam looks way better than the original construction.
