Not only is he polite but he returns calls ASAP, schedules appointments right away if possible and is on time.Chris has always had a thoughtful and practical solution to the problem, addressed it promptly and never left a mess. We upgraded an aging heating system to a heat pump and could not have been more impressed with Action Air throughout the whole process. From our initial contact with Chris, the owner of Action Air, he impressed us with his expertise and clear recommendations based on our needs. Chris suggested a way to route our refrigerant lines that was practical and unobtrusive that other companies failed to see. Action Air is an incredibly responsive organization that, even at times it can't possibly be convenient, provides timely support to its customers. Our relationship began with a replacement HVAC system which turned out to be significantly less expensive than competitors. It has since proven itself at least as efficient as competitors' equipment with far more dependable service.
