Susan made the whole process a joy from start to finish. She was affable, friendly, and welcoming while demonstrating a clear command of her field.She workshopped the photos with me in real time, and even explained some of the psychology behind her thinking; as well as sharing her excitement with new breakthroughs in the technology she used.Her process was clear and she made absolutely sure I was happy before charging me for her work and time. Worth every penny.Worth noting - while I did not see her on behalf of an organization she could be a great fit for any company looking for staff photos.

Susan was wonderful to work with. She put me at ease the moment I walked in - even before actually, we had a really good phone call before my appointment during which we talked about my goals, my comfort level with getting headshots done, what I should wear, etc - so I felt prepared before coming in. She was wonderful about getting many different poses and stopping along the way so that we could review the photos and make sure that I liked what we were capturing.
