I just moved to Central Oregon and needed a septic inspection and pumping for a house I'm buying. I called a handful of companies from Google who served my area, and David with George's was the first to call back. He was very professional, easy-going, and straightforward.
Because this was part of a transaction, my biggest concerns were reliability and availability over price, but I received great pricing as well, compared to what I'm used to in Western Oregon. David used Tewalt & Son's Excavation for the inspection, and I have the same things to say about them. Tewalt did a great inspection with a scope as well. I had such a great experience working with this septic service. He took a generous amount of time to walk me through exactly what was going on, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and made sure I felt informed about my options. He was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the entire process.
I especially appreciated that he offered thoughtful recommendations for reputable local companies in case follow-up work is needed—it never felt rushed or transactional. His friendliness and integrity really stood out. I’m so grateful for the care he brought to this experience and would absolutely recommend him.
