Cascade Fitness, a well-equipped gym in Sisters, is celebrating 30 years in business with a brand-new location next to Rays. The gym offers 24-hour key card access and a wide range of amenities, including cardio equipment, free weights, weight machines, a sauna, showers, tanning beds, a heavy bag, a speed bag, a yoga/spin room, and 20 TVs. The gym is well-maintained and has everything customers need for a variety of workouts. The sign-up process is quick and easy, with fair and transparent pricing. Visitors, including those just visiting family, have found the gym accommodating and able to meet their workout needs. Customers, such as a 62-year-old couple, have been impressed with the gym's amazing trainer, Kim, who has enhanced their experience tremendously by addressing their specific concerns and helping them with mobility and strength training.
Hats off to Cascade Fitness! I was traveling and staying in Sisters and the accommodated my workout needs perfectly. I was able to buy a weekly pass with ease. Kyle was very helpful with making a process online smooth. The gym is very clean and organized, you can see ownership and members take very good care of the facilities.
This is the best gym I’ve ever been a member of. I subscribe to use all three of the gym options and use the strong man gym the most. The equipment options are huge and are well maintained. There is a cold plunge and a sauna for recovery that I like to use too. I love that it’s not crowed too, I typically have it to myself for my morning workouts!
Loved this gym. Has everything you need, no frills, but great vibes and it’s so appropriately priced. We were here for two weeks for Christmas and they have day, week, and month passes that fit our needs perfectly.
