Durend Construction LLC

18461 Meadow Ave, Sandy

Thu 7AM - 5PM

“If you have the opportunity to use Durand
Construction for your remodel, take it.

Lee and his crew are outstanding-well versed in all aspects of construction and smooth in their execution. Their communication throughout the project was flawless; they listened carefully and responded to all of our concerns.

For me, this was a complicated bathroom
remodel that required the subfloor and floor joists to be reworked to accommodate the Ebbe linear drain. Watching their craftsmanship was impressive.

My wife and I look forward to working with Durend on all our future remodels.”

“Quang is the absolute BEST there is! So thorough, so meticulous, so professional and just a kind human being as well. Our new oak floors are stunning- they have completely changed the feel of our house. Gorgeous! I can't recommend him enough.”

Northwest Specialty Floor Refinishing LLC

33865 SE Brooks Rd, Boring

Thu Open 24 hours

“I contacted this company because they appear to be the only outfit in the area that can refinish cork flooring. Marcel came out to give an estimate but then discovered the job would be more extensive than we first assumed. He was concerned about the extra expense and worked with the company to give me the best price that they could. He then worked hard over several visits hand scraping and reapplying a paste wax finish. Although there were a few stains that just couldn’t be removed, this 60-year-old cork floor is looking pretty darned good! Thank you!”
