I contacted this company because they appear to be the only outfit in the area that can refinish cork flooring. Marcel came out to give an estimate but then discovered the job would be more extensive than we first assumed. He was concerned about the extra expense and worked with the company to give me the best price that they could. He then worked hard over several visits hand scraping and reapplying a paste wax finish. Although there were a few stains that just couldn’t be removed, this 60-year-old cork floor is looking pretty darned good! Thank you!
We have an historic home with a lovely Marmoleum tile floor. Although I regularly clean and protect it with a Forbo finish, I needed some extra professional help to deep clean it. There were some spots that I could not budge. Ray responded quickly to my inquiry and we scheduled Marcel to come out to complete the job within a week. Marcel arrived as promised and brought some impressive equipment to remove the old finish, scrub the spots away, and apply a new finish. He was extremely knowledgeable about how to properly care for Marmoleum and was very patient with my many questions. He truly knows a lot about floor care! I've worked with Ray and NW Specialty Floor Refinishing on at least a half a dozen different projects where they installed, or repaired flooring for clients of mine. Projects have been completely quickly, satisfactorily, and at a fair cost. I would recommend NW Specialty Floor Refinishing for your next flooring project.
