“There isn’t enough good words for me to express how grateful my husband and I are for this wonderful company, a little back story, we had an HVAC unit system replaced 3 years ago under a home warranty through another company that I will leave their name out of it, and to make a long story short it was install wrong we had the company come out to “fix” it that company asked who did this horrible job? I said your company the guy looked at me and said oh yeah I recognizing this work that guy got fired, after that tech left the unit still never worked right so over the next 3 years we had several HVAC companies come out and look at the unit all at a minimum of $100 each time to just say nothing is wrong or it’s just a breaker on the unit, or you need to call an electrician. We called electricians they said it was an HVAC problem and to call an HVAC company. Finally we got to the point we where just going to replace our 3 year old non work (by this point it was a fire risk to our house, and this is January mind you with no working heat) unit because the original company would no longer answer our calls about it, we had someone come out and give us a quote and of course they aren’t cheap, so we thought maybe just maybe it was the breaker so I went to see if I could find it, the guy at Home Depot sent me to another company that said they could order it but then asked if I had tried Birchfield I said no. Man are we soooo happy that that gentleman sent me over to them when I walked in I was greeted by Amber who would turn out to be one of the 2 major life savers for us at Birchfield I told her our story and she said I know you guys have been through a lot asked if I would be ok with one of their guys coming out to look at it and go from there, I told her sure she had him there the next day and when I tell you Tyler was our 2nd major life savor that man had the whole problem figured out in 20 mins that NO ONE was able to figure out between multiple companies and multiple trips in 3 years because NO ONE ever looked at the out door unit only ever looked at the inside unit. Tyler came back in told me what he found relayed the information a 2nd time over the phone to my husband who was at work and talked to both of us about options. Between Amber and her willingness to do everything she could to help us and Tyler’s skills the unit that was installed 3 years ago now works the way it is supposed for the first time ever and has been since February now, it has even shown in our power bill, it’s been the smallest it’s ever been since we bought the house since Tyler came and fixed the unit. We would hands down recommend this company to anyone and if we ever have a need again for an HVAC company it will be Birchfield. Fast, reliable and get the job done in a timely manner, they never price gouged us and what they quoted is what we paid, and it was reasonable.(we had to replace major parts to the inside and outside unit the original company didn’t flush lines that cause the compressor to ground itself and they installed the wrong coils inside that where to big for the unit just to give an idea of the damages plus more but those where the big ones)
