“It was really nice to meet Todd Hutchens for the quote for the heat pump. He was informative, professional and the best part...Friendly. It was easy to understand the whole process involved in the construction. This is our second heat pump with your company. We first found this business through Jeff at the Salem State Fair. Its wonderful to work with everyone again and...the bedroom is so much cooler and safe for me to sleep in. 85 degrees didn't work well for my health.

The same day I got the quote I had our other heat pump serviced and cleaned.”

“Mark and the entire Air Control Systems crew were absolutely outstanding! Mark went above and beyond during our air conditioning installation, making the entire process smooth and stress-free from start to finish.

Not only was his pricing fair, it came in well below the larger HVAC companies we received quotes from, without sacrificing quality or professionalism. He was extremely communicative throughout the project, always keeping us informed and promptly answering any questions we had.

The workmanship was excellent, the installation was completed efficiently, and it’s clear that Mark takes great pride in his work and truly cares about his customers. Our experience couldn’t have been better.

If you’re looking for a highly qualified, honest, and dependable HVAC professional, look no further than Mark and Air Control Systems. We highly recommend them and would gladly use them again in the future!”

“Gavin was very prompt and knowledgeable and even though the repair news he gave us wasn’t what we wanted to hear as far as what we needed to fix he double checked a few things first to make sure that was really the problem”
