We had four mini splits installed, and after the installation we noticed some noise and vibration that were hard for us, especially with sensory sensitivities in our home. Simply the best installer in Oregon. You get to deal directly with the owner, Andrew, and he is onsite during installation. My installation went very smoothly, and his two employees were excellent as well. Andrew knows all the ins and outs of the rebates available and will maximize your savings.
This is my second time working with Ductless by Design. It was again quiet an experience compared to dealing with other general HVAC contractors. All they do is ductless heat pumps aka mini splits.
A normal homeowner might not think of this as an artistic endeavor, but there is a lot of creativity in running lines in a way that minimizes visual impact and maximizes heating and cooling.
