Once I was able to find a competent installer, he was right there to answer any and all questions and within 7 hours of installation my unit was up and running.If you have over 1000 bottles, you need to get a US Cellar System. They won't sell directly to the end user which I respect. I found Sam Kim at Vintage Cellars who's quite good as well to help with the purchase and follow it through the shipping.The experience was exceptional and I now have a professional unit for a large wine collection with technical support that you simply can't beat. They're not fancy, just good and responsive.“
