I didn’t end up moving forward with Chris’s option for a project, but I still wanted to leave a positive review because he was professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the process.
Chris came out to look at a recurring issue with our ductless mini-split and took the time to explain what he saw, what the repair would involve, and what the risks were given the system’s history. He also followed up quickly with estimates and answered my questions clearly.

Love the service, great customer service and great skills, was able to troubleshoot and fix my air conditioner issue relatively quick. He went out of his way to tell me what I could do about an existing mechanical issue with my furnace, which I appreciate. I think the price was a little more than what I expected, for the two things that needed to be fixed. But then again, I’m older, So maybe I’m out of date, when it comes to how much people charge for putting on a wire nut and replacing a capacitor. Overall, great job!
I think Chris is a great guy. I’ve had him come over twice and both times were awesome. He seems to really know his HVAC and he seems incredibly honest. I signed up for the annual maintenance plan and I have no regrets. It comes with extra perks like priority scheduling. Which I used today. I have no regrets.
