Chris checked my water heater and recognized it is leaking slightly and rusting. Chris was thorough, explaining completely my options and prices. Both Chris and Gavin worked efficiently and were at my home for a long time (6 hours). I appreciated their professionalism and they cleaned up after themselves. I made the poor choice to be traveling when service was done and when I came home I was frustrated to find that the plumbing for the kitchen and bathroom had been run through the floor instead of the wall, this was a real problem since we had new cabinets for both rooms to install. When I emailed the company about my frustrations I really had no expectation that they would do anything but hoped they would take my feedback to be better in the future.
