8250 SW Tonka St, Tualatin“Obviously nobody wants to have to visit an emergency vet, but I will say that the employees here are incredible. We had to bring Pumpkin in multiple times this week for seizures, and Dr. Warren was the main vet that was taking care of Pumpkin. She was incredible at updating us and I never felt like we were taking up too much time or like she was trying to rush us with decisions. Heather was the main front office employee we spoke with (she also was on shift a while back when we had to take Pumpkin in because she swallowed floss). Heather is the perfect mix of straightforward and compassionate that I needed for the high stress situation I was in. I was nearly inconsolable and it felt like Heather knew exactly what to say to help. I am so grateful for everyone I interacted with, and I watched the incredible compassion and care from all employees multiple times while waiting in the waiting room. 5/5 stars, I hope I never have to go back but if I do I know that my animals will have incredible care throughout the whole process. (Photos are from when she got home, and her lil shaved arm from the catheter?)“

123 S Hamilton St, Portland“Dr. Walker is a very skilled, patient and kind veterinarian. I feel so fortunate that she is treating my rescue dog who has some challenging behaviors resulting from her fear and anxiety. Dr. Walker has carefully prescribed appropriate medication prior to our appointments, but more importantly she has far exceeded my expectations in the patient, sensitive, and compassionate way she has treated my dog.“

10629 SW Barbur Blvd, Portland“Maybe not the usual way a business gets a review but a review was earned none the less. I called about a pitpull having some issues. A genuinely friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate woman spoke to what I described and offered an alternative course of action other than bringing my dog in. I am truly grateful for her recommendations.“

6920 NE Sandy Blvd, Portland“All four of my cats receive care here. Usually, they're very quick about getting cats into exam rooms since it is a waiting room shared with dogs but once we did wait in the general waiting room for 5+ minutes. The parking lot is very small and sometimes full.“

10400 SE Main St, Milwaukie“We came to this cancer center recommended by our vet not knowing what to expect. First appointment I could already feel the compassion they had for not only my pup but the other animals as well. Giving all the options without the pressure of having any right or wrong decisions. We went all in with surgery and treatments and even though my dog has a bit of “temperament”? when it comes to doctors he always came out with a tail wag! Well we just had our 3 month check up and all good news! We have been able to enjoy another Halloween, 10th birthday party and football season together! Very appreciative for all they have done! Remi thanks you as well as myself!“

16057 NE Halsey St, Portland“I have been taking in stray cats since 2022, and have brought them all to halsey east. Dr Vockert and Dr Vidos are great. Very affordable for veterinary care, whether it's surgery, prescription, or just checkups. I have actually found that getting prescriptions here is cheaper than online, which is very convenient. They have a great team that is clearly very passionate about their work. I would not go to any other clinic.“

8260 N Interstate Ave, Portland“I’ve been a loyal and faithful client at PD&C for almost a decade, and I simply can not express how impressed and grateful I am to the staff, techs, and doctors at this practice. The level of care is *exceptional*- I had a cat that suffered a nearly fatal coyote attack, two dogs with naproxen poisoning, and at least one round of intestinal parasites… and they’ve just taken the best care of my pets.
The front desk staff has become almost an extension of our family- Lita & Karla are so welcoming and warm- they remember details about our family and feel like they are invested in our whole family health. Drs Weinstein, Deremer, and Mallov are *exceptional* in their field. I trust and value this veterinary practice, and consider them friends. Very, very grateful for PD&C, and hope to count them among our most trusted providers for many years to come.
Update: we saw Dr Mallov recently for a diagnosis on my dog’s hip- he was SO gentle and knows my dog (blind/ arthritic/ and quite opinionated) so he and the tech (Rob- we love Rob.) were careful to treat him respectfully and keep him safe (dog can jump unexpectedly off of high surfaces).
I was pleased that my dog was comfortable and accommodating to the checking, and didn’t nip or grumble. We got a great diagnosis that won’t break the bank, and is a program that will both support our dog’s needs now and prepare us for possible concerns down the road. Our peace of mind is critical, and I SO appreciate that this practice won’t pressure you with a “hard sell” on services. They give excellent council, and really and truly care for our pets and… us owners too. I will always, always be grateful for this amazing veterinary practice in the heart of Kenton.“

3734 S Moody Ave, Portland“I switched to wildwood from a very long care with rose city vet since 2020. I was not happy w/ my dr/drs there when it came to my dogs senior care. they just kept giving me the same medications and hard to see one dr. Wildwood vet Dr. johnson listen to us carefully and had great solutions and if one thing didn’t work she offered another.
my senior pup I believed lived extra longer because of their care and suggestion of medications. He was not in pain and although I wished he lived little longer, I believe he left when he needed to and after my dog passed wildwood sent me a sweet sympathy card. I appreciate the detail and care. I will be going back to have them care for my 2nd pup. Thank you for great vet care with presto & many more to come! It is not easy to find trusted vet care.“
9AM - 7PM
315 NE Killingsworth St, Portland“The team here is very compassionate and patient. I had good experiences both times I had to bring in my cat. The vet explained things to me and was very kind and understanding about financial concerns. I really felt supported in making decisions for my animal that honored both my situation and my cats needs. Ultimately, I had to make the hard decision, and the team was really as kind and wonderful as I could have hoped for.“
7:30AM - 6PM
8313 SW Main St #100, Wilsonville“I take all of my animals to this vet. They are gentle with the animals and they explain everything. I would recommend them. Also, their prices are reasonable.“

“My dog is a young senior and had a new murmur with otherwise excellent health. The doctors and staff explained that she should have a full life undeterred by her heart as long as I change her diet to include grains and not include many legumes (beans, peas, and lentils) as it's suspected they may interfere with the absorption of taurine. Studies have not proven this connection yet, so we cannot be certain, but apparently many other dogs they have seen have had their health improve once switching diets. The office is clean and calm and the doctor was happy to thoroughly answer my questions. Thank you!“
