I was taking my dogs to another vet as they are right next to my house, but they did not have an opening for my dog who was ill. I was able to get a same-day appointment. Dr. Amanda is wonderful! Very gentle and friendly with my dog. I decided to come back after and drive a little more just to see her. They are so thoughtful with their approach to my dog and really pay attention to her behavioral state using a fear free approach. The staff even gave her a frozen lick mat. Excellent service and excellent staff. We've been taking Baylee, our Old English Sheepdog here since she was 8 weeks old. She's now eleven years old. Dr. Alexandra and her her dedicated staff are friendly, professional, and experienced. Baylee seems to love and trust everyone from the front desk personnel to the techs. They all treat each and every animals as if they are their own personal pets. And Baylee's always been crazy about Dr. Alexandra McLaughlin.
I can't imagine taking Baylee anywhere else. ❤
