“Exceptional front desk team and, overall, great energy in-office! I came here to establish care for a new pup and was helped by a kind receptionist (her name is lost on me at the moment; I think her name was Marissa but don't quote me on that). She was very kind and handed me an easy to fill-out laminated form with a sharpie (a reusable, environmentally friendly touch that I, personally, found meaningful). The form was one-page and only had apt questions pertaining to establishing new pet client status. The in-office vibes were also great with other pet parents walking in and out with smiles. Will be back for necessary wellness exams and routine vaccinations! Thank you Roseway Vet; best veterinarian office in the city of roses.“

“Just wanted to say a special thanks to clinic staff for help with a border collie we found on the road without a tag. It was a late Sunday afternoon and all shelters and county dog services were unavailable. We were unable to keep him until Monday. Clinic staff very helpful with locating his chip and attempting to contact owners. Phone disconnected so they did supply us with an address in an apartment complex. Story went on quite a bit longer but we finally located owner. We are thankful that the clinic was available on Sunday and willing to help.“

“Our 15 y/o cat was terminally ill and had to be put down. I didn’t want his long time Vet/staff who’d developed a relationship with him to have to do it so a friend recommended Oswego Vet. Dr. Naomi and her assistant were so respectful and kind and came to our home to make it less stressful for all of us. The treatment was humane and gentle.A few days later, Dr. Naomi sent a handwritten sympathy card with his (ink) paw prints. And then they sent separate card to say that a tree had been donated in his honor to the Arbor Day foundation. I’m so moved and grateful and can’t say enough good things about this practice. They made a horrible decision more bearable. I’m so pleased that there’s a little tree out there with GIR’s name on it??“
