A pup broke her nail really bad, and while Heart and Soul couldn't get them in the day it happened, they were able to schedule an appointment for 9am the next day. The staff was very sweet and kind with the dog. They left her in their care around 9:20, and got the call around 10:45 for her nail removal was successful, and they could pick her up at noon. The price wasn't too bad. They highly recommend Heart and Soul for any pet emergency! They brought a toy poodle in for an injured hind leg. They were so very impressed by the care that was given to her and how they were also treated. They were very kind and gentle.
