“Obviously nobody wants to have to visit an emergency vet, but I will say that the employees here are incredible. We had to bring Pumpkin in multiple times this week for seizures, and Dr. Warren was the main vet that was taking care of Pumpkin. She was incredible at updating us and I never felt like we were taking up too much time or like she was trying to rush us with decisions. Heather was the main front office employee we spoke with (she also was on shift a while back when we had to take Pumpkin in because she swallowed floss). Heather is the perfect mix of straightforward and compassionate that I needed for the high stress situation I was in. I was nearly inconsolable and it felt like Heather knew exactly what to say to help. I am so grateful for everyone I interacted with, and I watched the incredible compassion and care from all employees multiple times while waiting in the waiting room. 5/5 stars, I hope I never have to go back but if I do I know that my animals will have incredible care throughout the whole process.
