“Dr Marc Rothgery was the first doctor I’ve had at any Keizer facility to actually treat me the way I’d expect and hope a doctor to treat me. I never felt rushed or like I didn’t matter as compared to any other time I’ve gone to emergency/urgent care. I would give him 10/10 stars, he talked to me with respect and gave me actual real life care advice not just some print out bs that makes no sense. She checked my info repeatedly, she answered all my questions, she was very knowledgeable. My nurse seemed to care and was so kind. The doctor was awesome. He did all the tests, explained everything and set me up with follow up. He listened I didn't feel rushed and feltbat ease. Over all it was an excellent visit. Thank you.“

“I really like that they text messaged me when it was my turn to come in to be seen. I saw Dr Melanie Sauvain she was ready when she came into the room. She had studied my file. She examined me and listened to me. And came up with a treatment for me.“

“There was a misunderstanding about why I made the appointment, so the treatment I was expecting didn't happen. That was disappointing. However, everyone was very friendly and polite, and they refunded my copay. How often does that happen? The office itself is very neat and clean. I would go back.“

The reason I didn’t go five stars was although the doctor was efficient she had absolutely no bedside manner. It seemed like we were taking up her time.
