Receptionist, Mitchell, Asst Jasmine and PA Jason Taylor were thorough and compassionate. And, they called back today to see how I was doing. In a world of disappointment around health care, the service and care were top-notch! Thank you!
There was a misunderstanding about why I made the appointment, so the treatment I was expecting didn't happen. That was disappointing. However, everyone was very friendly and polite, and they refunded my copay. How often does that happen? The office itself is very neat and clean. I would go back.
