We were on the last few hours of our vacation when my 2 year old daughter got a dislocated elbow. It was a stressful situation to be in, but the staff was so kind, attentive, and wonderful with my daughter. They got us in and out and we were able to leave in time to make our flight home. Really grateful for the staff that helped us that day.
We had a great experience with Evergreen Urgent Care on Flanders Street in Portland. My husband and I needed help navigating an additional medical requirement from USCIS, and their team made the process incredibly easy. They helped us figure out the required vaccines, got all of the paperwork in order, and made sure everything was completed in a timely manner.
Communication was excellent — the medical assistants (📢 shout out Izzy) were very responsive by email, and even the doctor personally responded to our questions. Evergreen urgent care was AWESOME! I got an immediate appointment booked online. The staff was kind, considerate and thorough. I was in and out in under 30 min. A unexpectedly dream experience for urgent care clinic. Impressive.
