I was able to be seen quickly and received information and treatment from the medical staff. The male medical professional I saw seemed a little uncomfortable discussing dfab bodies which was more humorous than harmful and his assistants were very helpful and less...euphemistic. The lobby is perhaps obnoxiously religious in it's musical choices and I kinda just wish it was nice and quiet in there since it seems alienating but that's by no means a crime or something that will prevent me from continuing to seek care here.

Overall experience was fine but dang the girl checking me in was the slowest most aggravating person I've had to deal with....watched 3 people get checked in with the other front desk clerk before she even finished with me then after I sat down...thinking I was done she still had more information she needed from me. I mean I know we're having a shortage of employees these days but at least hire competent people for medical staff.

Everyone I interacted with with was friendly and helpful. I hadn’t been there before and they have you call a number to register, which was fine, and the person I spoke with was nice. But the horrible, Christian pop music playing in the waiting area was so loud I had to leave so the person on the phone could hear me. Please turn the music down and preferably play anything except Christian music.
