Dr. Iwanski and nurse Averi were both really attentive. I felt heard. When it comes to pain it's hard to gage how much pain someone is feeling and I was having pain but both Dr. Iwanski and nurse Averi didn't once made me feel like my pain was not that painful. I got a game plan as well. I feel confident in the outcome and the plan. The visit went smoothly. We only waited 30 minutes. I know that's usually not the case but we were in and out.
Excellent Customer Service, I definitely recommended. It’s amazing service, I been a lot of places, but never see any service like this what they provide to customers. I would give them 5 stars with everything.
I had exceptional care at Kaiser Urgent Care Sunnyside. I was seen by Dr. Komar, who was very friendly and personable. I had an extremely short wait time before I was seen (maybe 7-8 minutes), and when I went to imagining I was called in as soon as I had sat down to wait. Talk about no wait time at all.
