Urgent Care | Kaiser Permanente Beaverton provides a high-quality experience for patients. The staff, including lab nurses, doctors, and assistants, are known for being kind, caring, and thorough. While the check-in process is efficient and pleasant, patients have noted that waits can be long, sometimes reaching 1-2 hours before entering a treatment room. However, once patients are seen, they receive fine care, and many appreciate the expertise of the medical professionals. Medical procedures, such as blood draws, are often quick and painless. Overall, patients feel well-cared for and valued, despite the challenges of wait times. The facility features a clean and well-laid-out lobby, with a fairly big parking lot, making it accessible for visitors.
Though it was a 2 hour wait after arriving 15 minutes after urgent care opening, the service was fantastic. I was pulled in and information taken early on by a very nice intake person. followed by going to X-ray with a kind and helpful tech. And subsequently seen by a wonderful emergency room physician who went over my X-rays with me, discussed my needs and gave me my f/u instructions. I was also, kindly offered water and saltines while waiting. Appreciate Kaiser very much!

I first went to nurse treatment because of unusually low blood pressure, but then was take to Urgent Care for further examination. I was assigned to Dr. Katz, who did a thorough exam and recommended medication changes and hydration. At each step I was treated courteously and efficiently, without excessive delay, so they took my condition seriously.
From start to finish, Kaiser personnel were absolutely stellar! Urgent care employees were so astute to my need and so considerate! Loved the doctor on call… The ER doc! I really appreciate you hiring such terrific people! I love Kaiser Permanente!
